Marketing Women (Sydney) is a not-for-profit association that provides a forum for professional women working in the marketing industry to network more effectively. Through special events and a mentoring program the Association provides opportunities for women in marketing to support each other and to continue the process of learning.

Established in Sydney in 1997, the Association has attracted, trained and provided mentor relationships for over 600 marketing professionals who hold a wide range of positions in the industry. This level of participation illustrates the amount of interest that Marketing Women has elicited since its inception and highlights the need for such an association by women working in the industry.

The core activities of the Association include a mentor training program, and providing networking and other training sessions for members. The Mentor Program workshops are convened by a paid professional who is an expert in mentoring. The networking sessions are facilitated by expert speakers from a variety of fields.

The Association is run by a voluntary organising committee who coordinate the mentoring program and other networking functions.
